Ingredients in this Tropical Chaya Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes or pineapples
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- freshly grated ginger to taste
- 1/2 cup of non dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- As always... add 1 scoop of Chaya!
